Harmonica Yokocho (ハーモニカ横丁)
Located right in front of the north exit of Kichijoji Station, Harmonica Yokoch has about 100 stores, most of which are restaurants. It seems to have originated as a postwar flea market and has a very Showa-era retro and nostalgic atmosphere.

Harmonica Yokocho is a restaurant district located in Kichijoji, Musashino-shi, Tokyo. Located right in front of the north exit of Kichijoji Station, the street is lined with about 100 stores. Most of the stores are restaurants, and the area has a nostalgic Showa-era retro atmosphere because of its origins as a postwar flea market.
POLLO Kichijoji (ポヨ 吉祥寺)
It is located right in front of the station, by the entrance to Harmonica Alley. It is run by a very energetic and cheerful female owner and is a delightful place✨
I was going to have some drinks here as I heard that you can have a drink at standing style and it would be a good first stop. But they have a lunch menu on weekdays and I eventually decided to have it here!

POLLO Kichijoji is a roast chicken specialty restaurant located in Kichijoji Honcho, Musashino-shi, Tokyo. It is located right in front of the station. The lunch menu is also available, making it an ideal place to fill up on a bottle of sake.
Tecchan Kichijoji (てっちゃん 吉祥寺)
The second stop was Tecchan, a popular shop in Harmonica Yokocho. It had a stylish atmosphere! There are many shops affiliated with Tecchan in Harmonica Yokocho.

Yakitori Tecchan Kichijoji is located in Kichijoji Honcho, Musashino-shi, Tokyo, and serves yakitori. It is located in Harmonica Yokocho. There are many Tecchan affiliated shops in Harmonica Yokocho and it is a popular place among the locals.
Kopanda (コパンダ)
For third stop, I went to Kopanda. I loved this bar with its lively drinking alley atmosphere!
Many regulars here, but also some first-time customer too! The owner seems to change every day of the week, which is another interesting point. Next time I go, I would like to enjoy more of their menu!

This was delicious! The smoky taste is addictive and goes well with alcohol.

The price was good and reasonably priced in Kichijoji.

Kopanda is an izakaya with lively drinking alley vibe, located in Kichijoji Honcho, Musashino-shi, Tokyo. Many regulars often visit and the shop is very popular. The owner changes every day of the week, so there is always something new to enjoy. The menu is abundant and recommended for those who want to enjoy a variety of dishes.
Chinraitei (珍来亭)
After drinking, finish off bar-hopping with ramen is one of the Japanese styles! So, I ended up at this ramen restaurant located in a corner of Harmonica Yokocho.
I heard the ‘Abura ramen’ is popular here, but I went for the simplest soy sauce ramen! The prices are great and inexpensive.

Extensive menu
There are four types of ramen: soy sauce, oil (abura), salt, and miso. There are fried rice and dumplings as well as rice bowls and stir-fry dishes!

Delicious!
The soup is simple but rich. The noodles are medium-thick and curly.

Chinraitei is a long-established ramen restaurant located in Kichijoji Honcho, Musashino-shi, Tokyo. The soy sauce ramen is especially popular, and the old-fashioned flavor is very appealing. The restaurant has a homey atmosphere and is open until just before closing time, making it a good place to go after a drink. The prices are also reasonable.
