This time, my friends and I went to Nishi-Nippori for a one-night stay at a hotel called FAV TOKYO Nishi-Nippori and explored the surrounding spots!After enjoying the wine-focused standing bar, Yanaka Ginza food stroll, and art gallery, enjoy a delicious craft beer at the brewery✨.
It was a fun girls’ hotel stay at the hotel, where we bought snacks to take home for dinner and enjoyed the evening with games available for rent! Please take a look at this plan!

Itinerary (Day 1)
2:30pm Nishi-Nippori Station
Started from Nishinippori station! Firstly, we are heading to the hotel for check-in.
Just a short walk from the East Exit!
The hotel you are heading to is within walking distance from the JR Nishi-Nippori East Exit.
Nishinippori Station, located in Arakawa-ku, Tokyo, is a station of Tokyo Metro, JR East, and Tokyo Metropolitan Transportation Bureau. Nippori Station and Nishinippori Station are also famous for the close spacing between stations, making it possible to walk between these stations.
3:00pm FAV TOKYO Nishi-Nippori
About a 4-minute walk from the station, we arrive at a hotel with a stylish and fashionable exterior✨ We’re going to stay here for tonight.

I chose this one from the guidebooks placed in the hotel.A 10-minute walk from the hotel. It is a bustling standing bar with a red neon sign.

Homemade sangria (660 yen each)
Sangria red and white!Both wines were delicious, with great wine and lots of fruit pulp on top ✨.
Standing Wine Arakawa STAND, located in Arakawa-ku, Tokyo, is a standing wine bar where you can enjoy mainly natural wines. After passing through the white curtain marked by red neon lights, you will be surrounded by counter seats circled in a circle. Handwritten menus line the walls, and prices are reasonable and delicious. The space is so lively and homey that even on weekdays, it is almost always full after 7:00 PM. The prices are reasonable, and it is a great place to visit with wine-loving friends.

After enjoying the wine, return to the hotel.
Stop by the convenience store on your way home to buy drinks and snacks! Enjoy an evening drink at the hotel while playing board games you can rent! Girls’ night out is still to come✨

12:00pm Yanaka Ginza Shopping Street
You will enter the Yanaka Ginza shopping district by going down the stairs called “Yuyake Dandan” which leads to the shopping district!
Yanaka Ginza Shopping Street is a nostalgic and historic shopping street with about 60 stores established around 1945.We’re going to eat a lot of delicious food!
Yanaka Ginza Shopping Street is a retro shopping street located in Nishinippori, Arakawa-ku, Tokyo, and is crowded with locals and tourists. It is lined with many stores and is famous as a place to eat and walk around. There is also a famous place called “Yuyake Dandan”, and it is known as a place with a downtown atmosphere. It is also recommended for cat lovers, as there are cat motifs all over the shopping street. Be aware that some stores close early in the evening.
12:10 p.m. Yanaka Shippoya
Purchased item: Komugi (milk cream) 160 yen It looks pretty, but the cream inside is rich and delicious!

Shippo-ya Yanaka is a baked doughnut specialty store in Yanaka, Taito-ku, Tokyo, featuring cat tails. The most popular item is “Tora,” a cocoa dough with white chocolate. The concept is handmade snacks, and there is a wide variety. You can also buy them as souvenirs.
12:20 p.m. Meat Suzuki
Purchased items: Mini minced meat cutlet and Mini pork fillet cutlet 170 yen
I am glad that the size is so small that I can eat it in one bite! I can eat as many as I want.
Niku no Suzuki is a butcher shop established in 1933 in Nishinippori, Arakawa-ku, Tokyo. The shop offers a wide variety of fried foods such as croquettes and menchikatsu, making it a great place to eat and drink. The “Toro Toro Yaki-Buta” is made with three kinds of secret sauce, and it takes four hours to produce.
12:30 p.m. Meat Satoh
Surprised at the price of 50 yen per! The skin is crispy and the meat is juicy.
Tebasaki karaage (fried chicken wings) 50 yen per
Niku no Satō is a butcher shop in Yanaka, Taito-ku, Tokyo, famous for its fried food. It is especially famous for its juicy and crispy Yanaka menchi (minced meat cutlet), which once won fifth place in the Tokyo Delicious Food Awards in 2007. It is loved not only by tourists but also by locals, earning a great reputation for being affordable and delicious through reviews. Another feature of the shop is that it is decorated with celebrity autographs.
12:40pm Maruhatsu Fukushima Shoten
Grilled oyster with herb salt flavor : 280 yen per piece (Winter limited menu) The meat was big and plump! The herb salt was great.
Maruhatsu Fukushima Shōten is a traditional shellfish and river fish store located in Yanaka, Taito-ku, Tokyo. It’s also a great place to eat and stroll around in the Yanaka shopping street, where its shellfish skewers and grilled fish are popular for their delicious taste.
12:50 p.m. Echigoya Honten
This is a corner bar where you can bring in food from other restaurants.It is a standing style restaurant and pets are allowed outside.We drank in the light of day!
Echigoya Honten is a sake shop located in Yanaka, Taito-ku, Tokyo. With a wide selection of sake, authentic shochu, and wine, the store is well-loved by locals. Customers can bring in snacks bought in the shopping arcade, and on fine days, they can enjoy their drinks at the outside standing area. The cat on the roof is a landmark.
1:30 p.m. Ichifuji
We had big appetite so we also bought bento box here lol The karaage bento is an amazing price of 290 yen! How cheap! It was dressed with chili sauce and the rice was cooked to perfection.
sōzai ICHIFUJI is a specialty delicatessen located in Yanaka, Taito-ku, Tokyo. This store sells a wide variety of prepared foods at very reasonable prices, and is so popular that customers line up in Yanaka Ginza to get in. However, please note that photography is prohibited.
2:00pm WALLS TOKYO
With our stomachs full, we took a walk around Nippori area for exercise.We wanted to see art so we came to a select shop of contemporary art. It features a wide selection of works from all over the world.

3:00pm Okei Brewery Nippori
Finally, we came to a brewery where we could receive recommendations to pair craft beers with food.
