All 24 Pokémon Feature Films Coming to ABEMA for Free Over 4 Consecutive Weekends Starting June 20

ABEMA, the streaming platform known as "a new future of television," is broadcasting all 24 Pokémon theatrical feature films for free over 4 consecutive weekends, starting Saturday, June 20, 2026. The films air sequentially each Saturday and Sunday on the dedicated Pokémon anime channels.

The Pokémon anime series, which began broadcasting in April 1997, follows Ash and his partner Pikachu on their journey to become Pokémon Masters — a story that continued for about 26 years until March 2023. From April 2023, a new chapter began with Liko and Roy as the new protagonists. The theatrical film series launched alongside the TV anime in 1998 with Mewtwo Strikes Back and has since amassed a devoted fanbase across generations.

As a special project for ABEMA's Pokémon anime channel, all 24 feature-length theatrical films are being broadcast for free in order, starting with the 1998 debut Mewtwo Strikes Back through to 2020's Secrets of the Jungle. Each film is also available for free streaming for one week after its broadcast.
