Alain Ducasse Chocolat Paris and Alain Ducasse Biscuit Paris Unveil Noël Collection 2026 "Les Jardins de Provence," on Sale From November 17

A Christmas collection inspired by the gardens of Provence in southern France is coming from two Paris-born brands created by French chef Alain Ducasse: the chocolate specialist Alain Ducasse Chocolat Paris and the biscuit specialist Alain Ducasse Biscuit Paris. The 2026 Noël Collection, "Les Jardins de Provence," goes on sale in stages from Tuesday, November 17, at directly operated stores nationwide and on the Online Boutique.

Collection Theme: "Les Jardins de Provence"

For Alain Ducasse, Provence in southern France is one of the key themes running through his story as a chef. In 1989, at the restaurant "Le Louis XV" in Monaco, he introduced "Les Jardins de Provence," a menu that put vegetables at center stage and earned three Michelin stars.

This collection draws on that memory and conviction. Illustrator Lucille Clerc and artistic director Pierre Tachon were brought in to create packaging that expresses Provence's traditional Christmas culture, its winter orchards and the terroir of the Mediterranean.

Citrus fruits such as lemon, bitter orange and mandarin are paired with herbs such as thyme and rosemary, bringing together the aromas and flavors of each ingredient.

"Provence is the thread that runs through my story.

I love the winter markets, where the sea meets the hills and the citrus gardens, with lemon, bitter orange, mandarin and herbs weaving a palette of fragrance. This lively, sun-filled land taught me that cooking truly shines when it reflects the landscape and charm of its place.

In 1989, at Le Louis XV, I gave form to that belief with Les Jardins de Provence. It was my first menu to put vegetables at center stage, and it earned three stars. That memory inspires this collection.

It is an invitation to stimulate the five senses and celebrate a Christmas that is a little different from usual."
