Set in an open space overlooking the sky and canals of the Tokyo Bay area, the buffet features summer sweets such as a chocolate fountain and freshly baked fondant chocolate alongside cool muscat jelly. Light meal items including pizza, pasta, curry, and sandwiches are also available, along with tea, coffee, soft drinks, and original mocktails, making it a spread that can be enjoyed as a full meal rather than sweets alone.
The venue, "Ocean Bloom" on the 28th floor, is an open space overlooking the sky and canals of the Tokyo Bay area. With natural daylight streaming in during the day, guests can relax with sweets and light meals in the hotel's calm atmosphere.
The sweets lineup includes an eye-catching chocolate fountain, freshly baked fondant chocolate, and light, summery desserts such as cool muscat and peach jelly and coconut blancmange. Also on offer are the visually striking Tropical Earl Grey, Mont Blanc Fraise, and Citron Gianduja.
