Shinagawa Prince Hotel Brings Hawaii's Flavors to Tokyo with Hawaiian Gourmet Fair This Summer

Shinagawa Prince Hotel (4-10-30 Takanawa, Minato Ward, Tokyo) is hosting "Shinagawa Prince Gourmet Journey: Hawaiian Fair," a multi-restaurant Hawaiian food celebration running from July 16 (Thursday) to September 15 (Tuesday), 2026. The fair takes place across three restaurants and the hotel's boulangerie as part of the "Hawaiian Fair 2026" event held at 13 Prince Hotels across Japan.

Hawaiian Fair at Shinagawa Prince Hotel

The fair responds to a growing desire to travel abroad at a time when overseas trips remain difficult due to the weak yen and rising prices. The hotel worked in close partnership with its Hawaii-based properties — including Mauna Kea Beach Hotel, which completed a major renovation in April 2026, and Prince Waikiki — to bring authentic local recipes and the spirit of Hawaii to Tokyo through food.

The theme is "A journey of taste to be experienced with all five senses," with menus divided into two styles: "local menus" that faithfully recreate Hawaiian staples and dishes from the hotel's Hawaii properties, and "arranged menus" that incorporate the creativity of the hotel's chefs.
