The Apothecary Diaries: The Late Lady's Treasure opens nationwide on Friday, December 11, 2026. To mark the film's release, the City of Yokohama, the Yokohama City Tourism Association, and Yokohama Minatomirai 21 have signed a partnership agreement with Toho Co., Ltd. and are running "The Apothecary Diaries: The Late Lady's Treasure × Yokohama City" from Friday, December 4 to Sunday, December 20, 2026.
The Apothecary Diaries is a popular series with more than 57 million copies in cumulative circulation, and its TV anime Season 3 is currently airing. In Yokohama, a collaboration project will also be held in Yokohama Chinatown, an area whose atmosphere suits the world of the series.
During the period, visitors can enjoy a variety of programs while exploring Yokohama, including an original sticker giveaway, a digital stamp rally, and collab fireworks. Collaboration products with various companies in the city will also appear, and only some of them are announced this time. More news is expected later.
Visitors can head to Yokohama this winter to go around town with Maomao and Jinshi.
1. Neon-Design Original Stickers Given Away During the Campaign
Customers who order a designated menu item or use a service at a participating store receive an original sticker with a neon design, made exclusively for this campaign.
The stickers come in 7 special designs (planned) that combine the characters with Yokohama.
The stickers also link to the digital stamp rally described below. Scanning the QR code on the back of a sticker earns a digital stamp. Visitors can collect stickers while walking around Yokohama together with the stamp rally.

2. Maomao and Friends' Yokohama Exploration Stamp Rally
A digital stamp rally, "Maomao and Friends' Yokohama Exploration Stamp Rally" (猫猫たちと巡る 横濱探訪スタンプラリー), takes place in Yokohama's central waterfront area. There are 12 stamp spots (planned) in Yokohama.
Collecting digital stamps at the spots earns an original novelty on a first-come basis, depending on the number of stamps collected. Each stamp spot also features a life-size standee of a character from the story.

3. Green Collab Fireworks Over Yokohama's Night Sky
The 5-minute fireworks show over Yokohama Port, "Yokohama Night Flowers × Yokohama Green Expo" (横浜ナイトフラワーズ×横浜グリーンエクスポ), will include fireworks centered on green, a color inspired by Maomao, in a collaboration with The Apothecary Diaries.

4. Special Decorations on the Moving Walkway
The moving walkway connecting Sakuragicho and the Minato Mirai district is decorated in collaboration with The Apothecary Diaries: The Late Lady's Treasure. Visitors can look for Maomao and friends around the city.

5. Yokohama Chinatown Collaboration
A collaboration with The Apothecary Diaries: The Late Lady's Treasure takes place in Yokohama Chinatown, whose atmosphere suits the world of the work.
A limited-time pop-up shop opens at ChinaTown80 Hall, offering a variety of goods, including items featuring illustrations newly drawn for this campaign. Further projects are planned to roll out in sequence.

To mark the film's release, collaborations with various companies in Yokohama have been decided. Popular Yokohama products, including those from Kiyoken (崎陽軒), Yokohama Harbour (横濱ハーバー), Yokohama Renga-dori (横濱レンガ通り), and Yokohama Bayu Shoten (横濱馬油商店), are joining the collaboration.

About the Film
Story
A hidden treasure in a city on the water sets the stage for a superb mystery-solving entertainment.
The emperor gives Jinshi an order: to fulfill the last wish of a consort who died in the rear palace five years ago, "to return to her hometown."
When her body is examined so that she can be returned to her family, she lies asleep, as beautiful as if she were still alive.
To unravel the mystery of the body, Maomao is taken by Jinshi on a journey to 未南州, the southern land governed by the 未 clan.
They arrive at a lively water city. Maomao is thrilled by medicines and plants she has never seen, but in that land, water bandits are running wild over the treasure hidden by the former chief, and an uneasy air hangs over the place.
"I hope nothing happens..."
Jinshi's bad feeling proves right, and an unprecedented incident occurs when the head of the consort's body is taken away by someone.
As the 未 clan is shaken by the unexpected turn of events, the youngest son, Muqing (沐清), is kidnapped by the water bandits, and the situation heads in an unforeseen direction.
A body that remains beautiful, the water bandits' hidden treasure, the missing head, and Muqing's kidnapping. When the many incidents that had been happening separately connect and the truth comes to light, they arrive at the hidden treasure.
