Brown Rice, a Japanese wellness food brand under Neal's Yard Remedies, will release "Hatsuhana 2026," a spring-limited vegan cookie tin, on March 4, 2026, in limited quantities.
About the Vegan Cookies
The popular vegan cookies featuring gentle flavors of maple sugar and coconut are made without wheat, dairy products, or eggs. They use carefully selected body-friendly ingredients such as organic Japanese rice flour and coconut oil. Each cookie is carefully baked one by one by artisans in the company's own workshop.
The spring-limited cookie tin includes a selection of five flavors totaling 31 cookies:
- Strawberry Pistachio (3 cookies) - A deep, layered flavor combining the gentle acidity of strawberries with the richness of pistachios.
- Nori Cracker (10 cookies) - An irresistibly delicious treat with a rich seaweed aroma and moderately effective saltiness.
- Plain (6 cookies) - A rich taste of maple sugar and coconut with a light texture. (Regular item)
- Matcha (6 cookies) - Features a fragrant and rich Kyoto organic matcha with moderate bitterness, popular among all genders. (Regular item)
- Chocolate (6 cookies) - An adult taste with harmonized cacao bitterness and elegant sweetness. (Regular item)
