In addition, the Jumbo Toro Salmon (ジャンボとろサーモン), featuring salmon harasu (belly) with abundant marbling, will be available from 110 yen (tax included).
The Cherry Sea Bream is delivered fresh without ever being frozen, then skinned and sliced in-store to ensure optimal freshness. The Jumbo Toro Salmon offers rich, melt-in-your-mouth fat that spreads through every bite.
Alongside these two highlights, the spring lineup also includes a Spring Recommended Colorful 5-Item Platter featuring five types of seasonal ingredients, as well as a Marinated Cherry Sea Bream topped with sakura tsuke-zuke, a Sushiro Seafood Roll Stack (Spring version), and a Spring Bounty of Sea and Mountain Tempura Platter (with Shrimp Tempura) featuring in-store fried snap peas and bamboo shoots.
