Starting April 1, 2026 (Wednesday), Sushiro locations across Japan will launch their first-ever collaboration with Bungo Stray Dogs, the popular supernatural battle action anime series featuring characters named after real literary figures.
The theme of the collaboration is "Spring Has Come to Sushiro," and it celebrates the 10th anniversary of the Bungo Stray Dogs TV anime. To mark the occasion, specially drawn illustrations depicting the characters in their spring casual outfits have been created exclusively for this collaboration.

Three special menu items come with a collaboration-limited pick (12 designs in total, random), allowing diners to place the characters right next to their sushi.
