SALTRA is a sweets brand dedicated to "designing confectionery with salt," and its products are only available at the Hanshin Umeda Main Store. The brand's Caramel Sand Cookies are made by sandwiching homemade salted caramel — simmered with mozuku salt from Awaji Island — between salt-butter cookies baked with grassfed butter. The rich, deep sweetness of the caramel and the gentle, mellow saltiness of the butter cookies create a complex, satisfying harmony.

The new 16-piece box is the largest size offered, making it an ideal souvenir or indulgent gift from Osaka and the Hanshin area.
