AEON Entertainment Inc., which operates 98 "AEON Cinema" theaters across Japan, is celebrating the July 24 (Friday) release of CHIIKAWA THE MOVIE: THE SECRET OF THE MERMAID ISLAND with a flavor soda served in an AEON Cinema-exclusive, movie-themed original design cup. The drink arrives at concession stands in AEON Cinema theaters nationwide starting July 3 (Friday), with the exception of AEON Cinema Matsue.
The clear cup features the Chiikawa characters riding a little boat, a design any fan will want to get their hands on. The lobby concession stands are open to everyone, not just moviegoers, so there's no need for a ticket to pick one up while stock lasts.
