Voice Actor Murder Mystery Event "Cinema Damis" Returns for Its 4th Performance at 109 Cinemas Kiba on January 17, 2027

The fourth performance of "Cinema Damis" (シネマダミス), a murder mystery event in which popular voice actors play out improvised dramas in a movie theater, will be held on Sunday, January 17, 2027, at 109 Cinemas Kiba (109シネマズ木場). The event is hosted by Imagica Infos (イマジカインフォス) and Tokyu Recreation (東急レクリエーション).

The fourth performance will stage two works in two shows on the same day: "超時空捜査隊マルキュー～メイク・フレンズ編～," first performed in 2025, and its sequel "～ユニーク・ドールズ編～," which drew a great deal of attention in June 2026. Five popular voice actors newly join the cast for this performance. Because each work is a self-contained episode, those who have not seen the earlier performances can still follow along.

The Immersive Experience of Cinema Damis

Cinema Damis lets audiences watch voice actors perform improvised drama right in front of them, using the movie theater's large screen and powerful sound system. For the fourth performance as well, the voice actor magazine 声優グランプリ, which celebrates its 30th anniversary since launch and is published by Imagica Infos, will handle overall production and casting. The show will be held in a high-capacity theater.

Participatory VIP Executive Seats Put the Audience at the Heart of the Story

The story is a completely original work developed jointly by Imagica Infos and Sally, the operator of the murder mystery app "ウズ." It is set in the year 2222, when time machines have been invented. Time criminals are taking future technology called "Neo Gadget" (ネオ・ガジェット) back to the past, causing a serious time paradox. To resolve the situation, Squad 9 of the 超時空捜査隊「PALETTE」, known as "Marukyu" (マルキュー), is formed. This sci-fi mystery follows five distinctive female squad members as they work to protect the peace of the future.

Five New Cast Members Announced

The five new cast members, in Japanese syllabary (gojuon) order, are:

飯田ヒカル
久保田未夢
伊達さゆり
野中ここな
春川芽生
