Requirements to Play the Expansion DLC "Mask of Idris"
To play the expansion DLC "Mask of Idris," the following conditions must be met:
- Reached the second ending, 「融和の月」
- Any save data that has reached this ending at least once can be used to play the expansion DLC.
- If a save that has already met this condition is carried over into a second playthrough or later, there is no need to reach this ending again.
- Progressed the quest 「友人からの依頼：ヴァレンティン」 to a specific point (completed through the quest 「ヴァレンティンと意見交換する：マグメル島の本」)
- Even if a save that has already met this condition is carried over into a second playthrough or later, progress through the quest above is still required.
Playing through the main story and clearing up to the relevant points before the DLC's release is recommended.

About CODE VEIN II
Set in a collapsed near-future world, CODE VEIN II is a Dramatic Exploration Action RPG depicting the drama of vampires living in defiance of their fated extinction.
Story
In a future world where civilization has collapsed due to a phenomenon known as "Rinne," humanity has narrowly avoided extinction thanks to the power of the immortal vampires.
But the sudden appearance of the 「渇望の月」 twisted the vampires into mindless monsters without a will of their own, sending the world further down the path to ruin.
The protagonist, one of the vampire hunters entrusted with stopping the world's collapse, travels 100 years into the past alongside a girl who wields the power to cross time.
Players can enjoy exploration action in which they face powerful enemies and difficult obstacles again and again alongside a buddy, along with a history-altering drama in which the player's own choices shape the fates of the world and its characters.
