Crayon Shin-chan x FREAK'S STORE Sauna Goods Collaboration Launches May 2026

Crayon Shin-chan and select shop FREAK'S STORE are joining forces for an apparel collaboration that also involves SAUVENIR, a brand dedicated to sauna goods — making it a triple collaboration. The lineup features sauna goods inspired by the super sentō lounge wear experience, available from Friday, May 15, 2026, at FREAK'S STORE locations nationwide and various online stores.

Items include two KANNAIGI sets (lounge outfits of the kind seen at super sentō facilities), a sauna hat, and a towel set — all featuring Crayon Shin-chan character designs.

A KANNAIGI setup in a red-and-yellow colorway inspired by Shin-chan's pajama pattern and his trademark outfit. Comes with a convenient drawstring backpack. ¥6,600 (tax included)

Crayon Shin-chan the Movie: Weird! My Yokai Vacation

The 33rd entry in the Crayon Shin-chan movie series is set to hit theaters on Friday, July 31, 2026.

Strange supernatural phenomena have been sighted across Japan. The Nohara family heads to Hiroshi's parents' home in Akita Prefecture for a family visit. While preparing for the trip, a mysterious shadow secretly watches Shin-chan as he plays yokai games in the garden.

The family looks forward to their return visit and a fireworks festival, enjoying a peaceful stay at Grandpa Gin'nosuke's house. But the morning after arriving in Akita, something inexplicable happens — flyers for "Obakeshon Village" are scattered throughout their room. With the words "All-you-can-eat Chocobi!" splashed on the flyer, an excited Shin-chan pleads to go, and the whole Nohara family heads out for "Obakeshon Village." Deep in the mountains far from civilization, they find themselves pulled into a strange space...

It was the entrance to the "Land of Yokai" — a place forbidden to humans. Facing what may be the greatest crisis in Nohara family history, can Shin-chan and his family find their way back to the human world? A mysterious summer adventure unfolds as the Nohara family encounters a colorful cast of yokai.
