On August 13, 2026, the horror adventure game Onryō Senki (PC-8801mkIISR Version) launched on Nintendo Switch as the 111th title in EGG Console, the Switch line-up of the retro game streaming service Project EGG. The release also marks Studio WING's first appearance in the EGG Console catalog.

Story

Originally released in 1988 by Studio WING, Onryō Senki is an adventure game in which players take on the role of Hiroyuki Kitahara, who gains psychic powers after encountering a paranormal phenomenon. Set in the city of Miyadera, where one bizarre incident follows another, the story follows Kitahara as he uses deduction to battle vengeful spirits.
