We have prepared a special 5-course menu to magnificently celebrate this joyous occasion. The fish course features thick, sweet Hokkaido large scallops, and an acqua pazza generously using crab and sole. The flavors blend together creating a fragrant and soul-satisfying taste. For the main course, we present wagyu fillet carefully cooked at low temperature over time. Combined with smooth liver sauce and black truffle, and luxuriously garnished with sliced black truffle. With each bite, enjoy the rich aroma and intense umami that spreads, spending time immersed in a sense of superiority.

In honor of "Four Seasons," the fresh zucchini of spring, sun-blessed yellow tomatoes of summer, fragrant porcini of autumn, and spinach topped with ricotta cheese representing winter's snow, this pizza artfully combines seasonal ingredients to reflect Japan's four seasons on a single pizza.
