The milk tea-flavored cream is made from Hokkaido fresh cream blended with mascarpone and custard, balancing a gentle tea aroma with a smooth, mellow richness. The pastry dough uses French-made butter and is prepared using the "feuilletage inversé" (reverse laminated pastry) method, where flour is wrapped within butter — resulting in a tender, crumbly, and flaky texture. The many thin layers create soft pockets of air that pair delicately with the cream.
The panier is available for both takeout and dine-in at the in-store café, where guests can enjoy this seasonal treat in a cool, relaxed setting.
