Handcrafted by artisans, this "Panier" (meaning ballet skirt in French) features multiple layers of thin pastry that form a light, airy shell encasing the cream. The filling blends fresh cream from Hokkaido-sourced milk with Setouchi lemon juice and zest, with a hint of caramel depth.
