Fuji-Q Highland (Fujiyoshida City, Yamanashi) will hold FUJI-Q MUSIC DAY -SUMMER-, a music event featuring four distinctive artists drawing attention across the live scene and social media, on Tuesday, September 22, 2026. This is the second installment of the series, following a spring concert held on March 15, 2026, and the first time it takes place on Q-STAGE, the outdoor stage completed in Central Park on August 8.
The lineup brings together THE JAPANESE PRIDE, known for the powerful band sound that energizes Japan; Ultra Sushi Fire, whose exceptional entertainment and humor-filled live shows send the crowd into fits of laughter and excitement; THE LET'S GO's, delivering an energetic, nostalgic rock sound; and COPES, whose catchy melodies and upbeat band style pull the audience in. Set against the backdrop of the amusement park, the four acts promise a lively, unified live experience.
With lingering late-summer heat continuing into September, the event deliberately chose "SUMMER" for its name, wanting students to enjoy an extension of summer vacation and create an unforgettable memory at the season's end. Admission to enjoy the music alone is free, and the fall "Zekkyo Gakuwari" student discount also lets visitors take in the park's attractions at a lower price while attending the event.

THE JAPANESE PRIDE
THE JAPANESE PRIDE launched in the summer of 2024 after renaming from its previous band. Alongside the announcement, the group released the digital single "No.8," and, ahead of its first live show, the nationwide 1st EP "NOW," debuting with its first live performance and the opening date of its release tour at Shinjuku ACB HALL. After releasing three consecutive digital singles from spring through summer, the band put out its 2nd EP, "FEVER TIME," in August. The final stop of its 12-city nationwide release tour, once again at Shinjuku ACB HALL, sold out. Beyond its release tour and independently organized live shows, the band continues to generate buzz across social media. In July, its independent shows in Tokyo and Nagoya both sold out, driving rapidly rising attention. THE JAPANESE PRIDE will release its newest EP in September.
Ultra Sushi Fire
Ultra Sushi Fire is the band people have recently been buzzing about, also known by the nicknames ウル寿司 and 極寿司炎. Formed in 2017 when four members with an a cappella background met three members with a rock band background, the seven-piece group began its activities centered in Tokyo. The band's sound, shaped by each member's diverse background and an almost insatiable appetite for absorbing musical influences, freely blends ballads, 8-beat and 16-beat rhythms, ska, disco, funk, R&B, and more. The resulting arrangements often go far beyond what listeners expect, creating a true wonderland of sound.
The messages and feelings carried in each song come across sometimes fiercely, sometimes playfully and directly, while also speaking gently and warmly of an overflowing love for family, friends, and the audience.
Since 2025, the band has performed as a six-member lineup, staying energetically active under the motto "It's fun no matter who watches or when."
THE LET'S GO's
Formed in 2006, THE LET'S GO's is a three-piece rock 'n' roll band made up of COCO (guitar & vocals), MANAMI (bass & vocals), and アメチスパークル (drums & vocals). Rooted in punk, garage, rock 'n' roll, and pop, the band's catchy melodies and danceable beats sound classic on paper. But the moment the trio takes the stage, that "classic" sound becomes something entirely its own, shaped by each member's individuality and the group's overwhelming presence as a band. All three members sing, with the lead vocal role constantly shifting between them — cute yet wild, poppy yet never soft, a dreamlike rock 'n' roll band. Beyond touring across Japan, the group has also toured energetically overseas, effortlessly crossing borders and language barriers to get audiences around the world singing, dancing, and smiling.
COPES
COPES launched in February 2021 as a Tokyo-based melodic pop band with twin male and female vocalists, carrying the motto "Let's Share Happy!"
The band sings encouraging songs for anyone working hard at something, for everyone striving through their daily lives. Kamei Nanako's clear, gentle voice layers with Shiina Yuki's thick, powerful voice, and their unforgettable melodies and fast-paced songs create a live show whose strength lies in building a positive, happy atmosphere.
In 2025, the band performed at major festivals including JAPAN JAM and RUSH BALL, staying energetically active. In June 2026, COPES signed with No Big Deal Records.
