Highlights
1. Pick your own cherries — with help from staff
Before heading into the orchard, participants learn how to tell ripe, flavorful cherries apart from unripe ones. The cherry picking session runs for 30 minutes with all-you-can-eat access to freshly picked fruit. Staff are available to help children reach cherries on higher branches. A take-home souvenir pack (1 punnet) is included for each participant.
2. Water athletics at Fuefukigawa Fruit Park
The water athletic course at Fuefukigawa Fruit Park is designed around a natural river theme, giving participants the feel of splashing through a stream in midsummer. Activities include a raft crossing challenge and a waterfall zone where getting thoroughly soaked is part of the fun. On rainy days, the indoor athletic facilities inside the park are available as an alternative.
