Fukaya Hanazono Premium Outlets (Location: Fukaya City, Saitama Prefecture; Operated by: Mitsubishi Estate Simon Co., Ltd.) will hold the "Amarin Strawberry Sweets Fair" from January 15, 2026 (Thursday), "Strawberry Day," through March 31 (Tuesday). The fair features a gorgeous array of sweets luxuriously made with Saitama Prefecture's pride, the brand strawberry "Amarin." Additionally, strawberry giveaway campaigns and a Valentine's Fair will offer sweet experiences unique to this season.
"Amarin" is a strawberry that has won numerous awards, including the highest gold prize for three consecutive years at the "National Strawberry Championship" hosted by the Japan Vegetable Sommelier Association. It's characterized by its outstanding sweetness of over 18 degrees Brix and glossy red color. The "Amarin Strawberry Sweets Fair" at Fukaya Hanazono Premium Outlets started in 2024 with the desire to introduce the deliciousness of "Amarin" to customers inside and outside the prefecture, as its shipping volume is limited and opportunities to enjoy it at home are rare. This marks the third year of the event.
This year, the number of participating stores has increased by two from last year, with 10 stores offering a total of 14 original Amarin sweets. At the renowned pizzeria "La Figlia del Presidente," the annually popular "Amarin Strawberry Tart" returns. It's a dish where Amarin and custard match perfectly on a handmade tart crust. Additionally, Mexican restaurant "Cafe Iguana Mexican Grill" offers fluffy fresh donuts filled with Amarin cream, while taco specialty shop "Kitade Tacos" presents a new sensation sweet combining tortilla chips with Amarin and cream cheese. Furthermore, "Asobo! Gari Gari Kun" sells dog-specific ice cream "Wan Wan Kun" in Amarin flavor.
Moreover, during the "Premium Outlets Bargain" period in January, customers who meet purchase conditions on Saturdays and Sundays will receive one pack of Saitama Prefecture strawberries as a campaign gift. From February 6 (Fri) to March 8 (Sun), another campaign will present novelties such as strawberry goods to customers who enjoy Amarin sweets and make purchases* at outlet stores. Additionally, the "Sweet Valentine Fair" will offer items perfect for Valentine's gifts or self-rewards at special prices.

About "Amarin"
"Amarin" is a strawberry developed as a Saitama Prefecture original variety. It's a variety with high sweetness and good taste, with sweetness standing out immediately upon eating and a subtle acidity also enjoyable. Its vivid red color and attractive appearance are also characteristics.
Additionally, at the "National Strawberry Championship" hosted by the Japan Vegetable Sommelier Association held since 2023, "Amarin" from producers within Saitama Prefecture has won the highest gold prize and many other awards.

Sweet Valentine Fair
Content: Items perfect for Valentine's gifts, self-rewards, or warming up in cold winter will be sold at special prices.
