Ginken Shibu Plus (吟剣詩舞プラス), an evening performance where traditional and modern culture meet, will be held at Nippon Budokan in Tokyo on Tuesday, November 10, 2026, with the show starting at 6:00 PM. Organized by Nippon Ginken Shibu Shinkokai (公益財団法人日本吟剣詩舞振興会) as part of its youth development programs, the event has announced the full timetable and programs for all performers, including the opening act, Yuko Suzuhana Special (鈴華ゆう子スペシャル).
The event is open to fans of traditional performing arts, and it is also aimed at younger people interested in music and Japanese culture and at first-time viewers of ginken shibu. To make it easy to attend, tickets are available at a special viewing price of ¥1,000 (unreserved seating).
Opening Act: Yuko Suzuhana Special
The opening act features Yuko Suzuhana (鈴華ゆう子), an artist active in Japan and overseas who has the skill of a shigin (poetry chanting) master. She earned the highest score across all divisions at this year's National Ginei Competition Final (全国吟詠コンクール決勝大会).
She will lead a one-day-only special stage titled "Senbonzakura Dancing in Kudan" (九段に舞う千本桜), joined by 神永大輔, いぶくろ聖志, 黒流, and 入倉昭鳳 & 日本壮心流天鳳詩舞道. Three songs are scheduled:
- SAMURAI DIVA: A popular song about the aspirations of the samurai, whose music video has passed 1.3 million views
