An open beta test for Granblue Fantasy: Relink - Endless Ragnarok — an action RPG launching on Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and Steam on July 9, 2026 — has been announced. The test is open to all players across all supported platforms and includes cross-play between platforms.
In addition to the open beta test, an introduction movie covering the Granblue Fantasy story leading into Relink has been released, and select anime episodes and manga chapters from the Granblue Fantasy series are available for free for a limited time.

The open beta test is intended to verify network load, confirm game behavior, and identify and address any issues. During the test period, unexpected bugs, connection instability, or game shutdowns may occur.
Open Beta Test Content
Four quests are available during the open beta test. Clearing the first three unlocks a fourth high-difficulty quest, "Blazing Sephira's Blink."
In the fourth quest, players can use "Summon Stones" to perform summons, and the coordinated team summon mechanic "Ascend Chain" becomes available. The playable character Beatrix, who appeared in the closed beta test, is also usable.
The open beta test supports online play and cross-play between all platforms.

An introduction movie covering the Granblue Fantasy story that connects to Relink is now available to watch.
