About Hell's Paradise: Jigokuraku
Hell's Paradise: Jigokuraku (by Yuji Kaku) is a wildly popular manga series serialized on the manga app "Jump+" with a total series circulation exceeding 6.5 million copies.
The story follows a group that has reached the castle of the 天仙 (Tensen), the monsters ruling the island, in their search for the elixir of immortality. With survival at stake, both the condemned criminals and their executioners must cooperate — their respective roles no longer mattering.
Meanwhile, the shogunate has ordered "Yamada Asaemon Shugen" to lead reinforcements onto Shinsenkyo. Among them are members of the Iwagakure Clan who have a history with Gabimaru.
As Gabimaru and the others race to find the elixir and escape the island, the Tensen stand in their way. The battle over the elixir escalates into an all-out confrontation between humans and the Tensen.
