The breakfast buffet at Hewitt Resort Naha (Asato, Naha City, Okinawa) has been revamped around a "photogenic tacos" theme. Guests can now build their own tacos from 23 ingredients spread across four categories — proteins, toppings, sauces, and tortillas — making each plate as personal as it is visually striking.
A Customizable Taco Breakfast with 23 Ingredients
The buffet is built around the concept of "the joy of choosing," offering the following lineup:

Chili con carne / Marinated chicken / Soki (Okinawan spareribs) / Pork luncheon meat / Taco meat
Toppings (10 options)
Cilantro / Pickled cabbage / Purple sweet potato dip (beni-imo) / Cheddar cheese / Mozzarella cheese / Mixed cheese / Jalapeño / Cut lemon / Goya (bitter melon) sauté / Carrot rapée
Sauces (5 options)
Salsa roja / Salsa verde / Guacamole / Tomato concassé with onion / Chili con carne

The three-color tortillas paired with vibrant toppings lend every plate a vivid, photo-ready appearance — the "drinkable taco" nickname comes from how the soft, bite-sized wraps practically melt in the mouth.
Instagram Campaign: "Taco Grand Prix" (April 24 – May 25, 2026)
To celebrate the revamp, Hewitt Resort Naha is running an Instagram campaign called the "Taco Grand Prix" (タコプリ決定戦). The guest who most compellingly captures the taco experience will be selected by the hotel's head chef to win a junior suite stay for two (breakfast included).
