From July 7 (Tuesday) to November 9 (Monday), 2026, the buffet restaurant Suriyun at Hilton Okinawa Chatan Resort will be hosting the "Indulgent Meat Time: Supreme Meat Carnival" on a daily basis. The lineup features a wide variety of meat dishes, including chef-cooked Dice Steak prepared right in front of diners, and Lamb Roast with Orange Mustard. Philly Cheesesteak Sliders and a Medicinal Herb Chicken Soup are also part of the spread.

Featured Dishes

Dice Steak

The Dice Steak is a highlight of the carnival. Bite-sized cuts of beef are grilled to a fragrant finish right in front of diners by an on-site chef, sealing in the meat's natural juices. Each piece offers a juicy, rich flavor paired with a freshly-grilled aroma.

Lamb Roast with Orange Mustard

The Lamb Roast with Orange Mustard features herb-marinated lamb slow-roasted to bring out its savory depth while staying easy to eat. A sauce combining the gentle sweetness of orange with the subtle tang of mustard adds a bright, layered quality. With its herb fragrance and balanced acidity, it makes for a refreshing summer plate.

Philly Cheesesteak Slider

The Philly Cheesesteak Slider uses ultra-thin-sliced beef, grilled quickly to achieve a crispy exterior while remaining tender inside. Layered with melted cheese and sautéed onions and nestled in a small bun, each bite delivers a smooth, melt-in-your-mouth texture—filling yet light enough to reach for again.

Medicinal Herb Chicken Soup

The Medicinal Herb Chicken Soup is simmered slowly from a whole chicken to draw out its full depth of flavor. Wolfberries, jujubes, ginger, and aromatic vegetables lend a gentle, warming character to the clear broth. It works well as a palate cleanser between meat courses.

In addition to the above, dinner-only options include Okinawa Pork Steak and Taco Rice.
