Chestnut and Grape: Sweets That Capture the Deepening Autumn
The upper tier of the tea stand features sweets starring chestnuts, which bring a sense of deepening autumn, and juicy grapes. The lineup includes the "Super Mont Blanc," made with Japanese chestnuts, and the "Super Melon Shortcake," decorated with melon that has a high sugar content. Both belong to the hotel's signature "Super Sweets" series. The middle tier presents items such as a Marron Tart, Marron Pudding and Marron Macaron, which bring out the gentle sweetness and aroma of chestnuts.
