At Hotel Universal Port Vita, the dinner buffet at Vita Dining Solis Gratia returns for the first time in six years as a Christmas Fair celebrating the holiday season. The wide-ranging menu includes roast turkey, a popular Christmas feast, and piping-hot pizza baked in the restaurant's stone oven. Families can enjoy the dishes of their choice to their heart's content and spend a joyful Christmas evening together.

Piping-Hot Feasts Finished in a Stone Oven
A lineup of stone-oven dishes adds a festive touch to the Christmas dinner. The "Stone-Oven-Finished Seafood Paella," generously topped with seafood and paired with Américaine sauce, brings out the rich umami of the seafood. Other highlights include the "Chicken and Potato Mayo Pizza," which combines ingredients kids love, the "Salsiccia and Mushroom Ajillo," a twist that serves salsiccia as ajillo, and the "Pie-Baked Chicken and Truffle Pâté with White Sauce," a truffle-scented dish. Each dish offers the toasty aroma and piping-hot flavor unique to a stone oven.

Kids Take the Lead: A Kids' Menu They Make Themselves
A dedicated corner lets children of elementary school age and younger build their very own "Kids Plate." A chef serves omurice right in front of them on a car-themed tray, and the children then choose dishes such as hamburg steak and fried shrimp to complete an original plate. The buffet also features an original crepe corner where diners can combine their favorite fillings freely, and a snack corner lined with a variety of sweets. Because children choose and make their own food, mealtime becomes even more fun. It is a dinner buffet full of exciting touches that the whole family can enjoy.

Lounge R on the 1st floor of Hotel Universal Port will hold a "Christmas Cocktail Fair" for the holiday season. Colorful cocktails inspired by a Christmas night and limited-edition drinks with eye-catching looks will be on offer, letting guests enjoy beautiful colors and flavors during a special Christmas moment.

A festive glass with an eye-catching snow-style rim that evokes snow. The refreshing sip of sparkling wine is paired with the sweet-tart flavor of strawberry syrup, finished in a vivid red.

A colorful cocktail inspired by a Christmas tree dressed in sparkling decorations. A sweet rum base is layered with the fresh flavor of muscat grapes and the sweet-tart taste of mixed berries to create a colorful Christmas.
Snowflake Latte – ¥1,100 (photo: right)
A heartwarming hot cocktail combining softly fragrant Baileys with mellow milk. It is finished with latte art of a snowflake, making it a warm glass for a winter moment.

Hotel Universal Port Vita opened in July 2018 as the seventh official hotel of Universal Studios Japan. It offers 14 distinctive types of guest rooms, including the "Spark Room" with a panoramic view of the park, the "Moko Moko Maisonette Room," where the upper floor is a living area and the lower floor a bedroom for a home-like retreat, and the "Rainbow Room," which has three bunk beds and sleeps up to 6 guests.
