Hotel Universal Port (located in Konohana Ward, Osaka City; General Manager: 松宮 郷), an official hotel of Universal Studios Japan, will hold a "Halloween Fair" at its buffet restaurant, cafe, and lounge from September 10 (Thursday) to November 8 (Sunday), 2026. An accommodation plan featuring a Halloween party menu to enjoy in the guest room is also available.

Dinner Buffet "Halloween Fair" at Port Dining Rikoriko
The dinner buffet centers on a live kitchen where chefs finish dishes in front of guests, complemented by a colorful menu lineup that builds Halloween excitement. Alongside the freshness and energy of freshly prepared food, the spread includes dishes made with autumn ingredients, Halloween-themed menu items, and adorable sweets styled after monsters and ghosts. The many dishes, fun to look at and delicious to eat, create a special occasion.

Live Kitchen: Dishes Finished in Front of Guests
The live kitchen offers homemade hamburg steak grilled juicy on an iron griddle, along with freshly fried tempura. Autumn ingredients such as maitake mushrooms, Manganji peppers, and pumpkin are coated in a light, crisp batter. Starting October 1 (Thursday), sukiyaki also joins the lineup, served Kansai-style with beef seared first and then combined with vegetables. Guests can enjoy the aroma and flavor that only freshly cooked dishes can offer.
Beyond the live kitchen, the buffet offers a variety of dishes featuring autumn flavors, including slow-simmered beef stew, acqua pazza rich with seafood umami, and Halloween-themed chirashi sushi. The dessert corner is filled with adorable sweets styled after monsters and ghosts, as well as sweets made with seasonal fruit. In addition, the hotel's signature baumkuchen, slow-baked in-house, is sliced in front of guests, offering the fluffy texture and rich aroma unique to a freshly baked cake.
Halloween Sweets Fair at Rex Café
Rex Café will sell Halloween-themed sweets for a limited time.
The "Black Cat Tea Basque," with its rich tea aroma and deep flavor, is available throughout the period. In September, the "Pumpkin Sand," filled with pumpkin cream, joins the lineup, followed by the "Ghost Gâteau Chocolat," with its rich chocolate flavor, starting in October. With a different lineup each month, guests can enjoy a new taste of Halloween no matter how many times they visit.
The Black Cat Tea Basque balances a fragrant tea aroma with the rich taste of cheese. The Pumpkin Sand sandwiches pumpkin cream between moist cookie dough for an autumn-appropriate flavor. The Ghost Gâteau Chocolat is a Halloween-exclusive sweet that combines a rich chocolate flavor with an adorable look.

Halloween Cocktail Fair at Lounge R
Lounge R will sell limited-time cocktails that capture the distinctive atmosphere of Halloween in a glass. Styled after a jack-o'-lantern and a full moon, these visually striking drinks make a Halloween evening feel even more special.
"Lantern Glow" is a playful cocktail inspired by a jack-o'-lantern. Fruity lychee liqueur and orange juice are paired with a black-colored lemon jelly, creating a striking, Halloween-appropriate look and a refreshing taste.
"Twilight" is a fantastical drink inspired by the full moon lighting up Halloween's eerie night sky. The tartness and sweetness of blueberry blend with a crisp finish, paired with a beautiful color reminiscent of the night sky.

In-Room Halloween Party Set Accommodation Plan
The hotel is also offering the "Enjoy Halloween in Your Room: Limited-Time Takeout Party Set Plan," which lets guests enjoy the Halloween atmosphere in the privacy of their own room. The party set, filled with playful touches from the hotel's chefs, brings together menu items inspired by Halloween's world of monsters and mummies. Families, friends, and couples can enjoy a Halloween party in their own private space.
The party set includes a monster burger with striking eyeball decorations, a salad styled after a bandage-wrapped mummy, and easy-to-share snacks such as sausages and fries. Beyond its playful look, the set also delivers the authentic flavor guests expect from the hotel. After enjoying the Halloween atmosphere in the restaurant, guests can then relax and spend special time together in their room.
