Hyatt Centric Kanazawa, a hotel where Kanazawa's tradition and art intertwine, is marking its 6th anniversary on August 1, 2026 (Saturday) with "Summer Celebration 2026," a lineup of summer dining experiences at FIVE – Grill & Lounge and Roof Terrace Bar that guests can choose according to the occasion and mood.
The highlight of the sixth anniversary is a special one-night-only party on August 1 (Saturday): the "Centric Signature Champagne Night." Held in the artistic setting of FIVE – Grill & Lounge, the party brings together genuine grill cooking, seasonal flavors and fine drinks from Ishikawa and Hokuriku, creativity, connections with local producers, live entertainment, and the hotel's gratitude toward its guests, for a festive summer celebration. Guests can enjoy original dishes and signature plates from the chef team alongside Champagne, wine, and local sake.
Menus popular with families, coworkers, and friends gathering over summer vacation are also getting an upgrade this year. Centered on a grilled meat platter, the "Tomahawk Grill Night" serves everything from appetizers to dessert family-style and is best suited to groups of four or more. New this summer are a chef's Niçoise-style salad and an original pizza baked on the show kitchen's grill, both ideal with beer or wine. The weekend favorite "FIVE BBQ Buffet" gets an extra dose of appeal with a Hawaiian twist, and dinner service is added during the Obon holiday period for family and relative get-togethers.
Up on the 14th floor, Roof Terrace Bar hosts "The 14th Groove feat. Fireworks," an elegant evening of DJ music paired with the city's annual fireworks display. In a cool, nostalgia-themed space, guests can sip Champagne and cocktails while taking in the fireworks lighting up the night sky. This summer of 2026, Hyatt Centric Kanazawa invites guests to create special memories through its signature dining experiences.
