A Rooftop Summer Banquet Option in Kanazawa

Hotel Kanazawa is bringing its well-received all-you-can-drink dinner course "SAN (燦)" — normally offered at the 1st floor all-day dining restaurant DINING TSUZUMI — up to the 16th floor Sky Banquet "Raspberry" for a summer-exclusive run from June 1 to August 31, 2026. Available exclusively for group reservations of 20 or more guests, the plan is priced at ¥6,000 per person (tax and service charges included).

The 16th floor venue overlooks the Kanazawa cityscape, making it an attractive choice for company parties, class reunions, and event afterparties.

The 16th Floor "Raspberry" Sky Banquet

The "Raspberry" banquet hall sits at the highest floor of Hotel Kanazawa, directly in front of Kanazawa Station. Large windows wrap around the space, framing a shifting panorama from dusk through nighttime. The summer plan opens this ordinarily private venue to group bookings at the same accessible price point as the ground-floor offering.

Pasta course

The six-course menu centers on local Ishikawa ingredients, paired with a two-hour self-service open bar.

Appetizers & Pasta

The meal opens with seasonal amuse-bouche, followed by house-made salmon marinade salad and two varieties of bruschetta — duck smoked meat with tomato among them. A pasta course features shirasu (young sardines) with summer vegetables in a peperoncino style.

Main Course & Dessert

The main dish is slow-roasted Noto Pork (能登豚) served alongside Ishikawa shiitake mushrooms ("Kaori / 石川の香") and colorful vegetables, finished with a special demi-glace sauce accented with miso and grain mustard. The course closes with a hojicha blancmange, blending Japanese roasted tea with a Western-style dessert for a gentle, aromatic finish.
