Kyushu is a region where each area has its own distinct character, making travel there all the more enjoyable. JR Kyushu's trains are known for their individualistic, refined designs and unique in-train features, created so passengers can fully take in the local culture and scenery along each line.
For two days, on Saturday, August 22 and Sunday, August 23, 2026, the appeal of JR Kyushu's D&S (Design & Story) trains — vehicles that turn the journey itself into an unforgettable experience rather than just a means of transport — will be introduced at Futako Tamagawa Tsutaya Denki.
