The restaurants feature carefully selected Kyushu sake alongside seasonal dishes including pork belly wrapped nanohana (rapeseed flower) skewers and tuna with urui (a spring vegetable) in nuta sauce—perfect pairings for Japanese sake. Visitors can experience a taste of early spring with these limited-time offerings and seasonal ingredients.
