GARDEN HOUSE, the restaurant brand operated by GREENING, is launching "SHINE MUSCAT SELECTION," a limited-time seasonal menu made with Shine Muscat grapes at their peak, at four restaurants — GARDEN HOUSE KAMAKURA, SHINJUKU, MINATOMIRAI, and TAKANAWA. The fair begins on a staggered schedule from Thursday, October 1, 2026, with each restaurant offering its own take on the fruit.
SHINE MUSCAT × GARDEN HOUSE: A Limited-Time Seasonal Menu
Built on GARDEN HOUSE's concept of "Season-inspired" (seasonality), "Fine-crafts" (handmade), and "Eat Local" (use of local ingredients), the menu brings out the natural sweetness and juiciness of in-season Shine Muscat across food, desserts, and drinks. Each restaurant has developed a different lineup, so the flavors on offer vary from store to store.
GARDEN HOUSE KAMAKURA
Starting October 15, GARDEN HOUSE KAMAKURA is serving a menu that lets guests enjoy in-season Shine Muscat in a variety of styles, along with the seasonal atmosphere of Kamakura. The Shine Muscat Tart layers fragrant almond cream and smooth custard cream, and pairs them with light sour chantilly and the refreshing sweetness of Shine Muscat, creating layers of flavor with the cream and tart crust. The lineup also includes a burrata dish with basil oil and edible flowers, and a parfait made with Shine Muscat and Pione grapes.

The Japanese-produced burrata dish and the Shine Muscat parfait combine different ingredients, such as rich cheese, crème d'Anjou, and pear, to bring out the flavor of the fruit. Aromatic drinks, including a fizz with pear and a jasmine tea, are also available, making the lineup suitable for after a meal as well as for tea time.

The menu also includes a burrata dish with Shine Muscat and Nagano Purple grapes in a roasted apple and walnut sauce, and seasonal pancakes with Shine Muscat and elderflower honey.
