ANA InterContinental Manza Beach Resort (location: Onna Village, Kunigami District, Okinawa Prefecture; General Manager: Russell Shephard) will launch the reimagined "Manza Grill" on March 1, 2026.

Manza Grill is an open-air dining venue located in the resort's premier location, directly overlooking Manza Beach. In this space where you can experience the charm of a tropical resort, the restaurant offers authentic grilled cuisine where chefs carefully cook carefully selected ingredients, centered on local Okinawan products, with expert skill. Simple yet exquisite cooking, original recipes that maximize the umami of ingredients, and the atmosphere woven by Okinawa's nature. We deliver a gourmet experience unique to Manza Grill, where all of these elements come together.

At brunch time, enjoy a semi-buffet where you can choose your main dish at a luxurious prime seat where your heart soars with the gradation of the sea. Among them, the "Manza Grill Special Hamburger," finished with a particular coarsely ground patty and homemade buns, is a signature menu item you should definitely try. We've created a dish where you can fully enjoy the umami and satisfaction of meat.

At dinner time, a course menu is provided where you can leisurely enjoy your meal against the backdrop of sunsets that change expression moment by moment. Fresh seafood, wagyu steak, and other ingredients of your choice are available freshly grilled. In addition, a la carte and a wide selection of drinks to match your dishes are also available.

Enjoy a dining experience unique to the resort, savored with all five senses, where the superb view, the scent of the tide, and even the sound of the waves become spices.

  • Brunch: Saturday and Sunday, 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM
  • Dinner: Friday and Saturday, 5:30 PM to 10:00 PM

*From July 1, the restaurant will be open daily during the above hours.

Brunch

A semi-buffet style brunch where you can savor your choice of main dish while gazing at the Manza sea spreading before you. The open location creates a relaxing resort moment. With good access to the beach, it's also ideal for energy charging before participating in activities or refreshment time between beach play.
