Minn Naha Miebashi, a New Apartment Hotel for Groups of Up to Six, Opens in Naha, Okinawa

Minn Naha Miebashi, a next-generation apartment hotel, opened in Naha, Okinawa on October 24, 2026. It is the first project under GLC GROUP's new growth strategy, the "Real Estate SPA Model Hotel Version." The hotel operates under a franchise agreement between GLC COMPASS Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of GLC GROUP, and SQUEEZE Inc. It is intended to serve a wide range of travelers, from inbound visitors to domestic leisure and business guests.

A Short Walk from Kokusai-dori

The hotel is a 4-minute walk from the north exit of Miebashi Station on the Yui Rail, and Kokusai-dori, the center of sightseeing in Naha, is within a 10-minute walk. With easy movement around the city, the location works both as a base for sightseeing and for business stays.

The Minn Brand and Its Check-In System

"Minn" is a name that combines "minna" (everyone), referring to groups and families, with "inn." Run by SQUEEZE Inc., the apartment hotel brand is built around the concept of staying together with family, friends, or a partner, and currently operates about 40 or more properties across Japan.

The hotel offers online smart check-in and uses "suitebook," a next-generation operations platform developed and provided by SQUEEZE Inc., to support stays ranging from sightseeing trips to longer business stays.

LOWYA Furniture in Every Room

Every guest room is furnished with pieces from LOWYA, a furniture and interior brand known for trend-conscious designs and functionality that appeal to a wide range of generations. Sofas, tables, lighting, and other interior items are arranged to create a space for relaxing after a day of travel.

The LOWYA furnishings are a special specification, planned by GLC GROUP, which developed the hotel, and realized in collaboration with Vega Corporation, the company behind LOWYA.

41 m² Rooms with Bunk Beds for Up to Six Guests

All 42 guest rooms have a spacious 41 m² layout. Each room includes distinctive bunk beds and can accommodate up to six guests, making it suitable for family trips and group travel with friends. The hotel's maximum capacity is 252 guests.

Dedicated Fiber-Optic Internet for Workations

Every room uses a dedicated NTT Hikari line (exclusive-use type), so each room has its own independent connection that allows stable, high-speed communication at any time of day. The setup is meant to support video streaming and social media as well as remote work and workations.

Kitchens and ReFa Hair Dryers

Each room has a kitchen with a two-burner stove for cooking, which is convenient for longer stays and for trips with small children. The powder room is equipped with a hair dryer from the beauty brand ReFa.
