New Opening: Italian Restaurant "Riva Ristorante"

Riva Ristorante typically operates as a sharing-style à la carte restaurant, but stay package guests are treated to a package-exclusive prefix-style course where one dish is chosen per course, from appetizer through dessert.
Dinner begins with a Welcome Spritz cocktail or mocktail. Appetizer options include burrata cheese marinated with fresh cherry tomatoes and basil, or fried calamari with local squid, goya, and citrus — a dish that captures the fusion of Okinawa and Italy. The fresh pasta selection features spaghettoni with a classic Italian ragù and parmigiano, or gnocchi in a rich gorgonzola sauce. For the main course, guests choose between freshly grilled local catch of the day finished with a Mediterranean-style sauce, or an Okinawan Agu pork chop. The meal wraps up with dolci options including affogato, tiramisu, and torta caprese.
A Harmony of Southern Italian and Okinawan Flavors
"Riva Ristorante" is built on the concept of a "fusion of southern Italy and Okinawa," weaving together the culinary cultures and sensibilities of both regions. The menu draws on fresh local ingredients, herbs, and seafood nurtured under a warm climate to serve colorful, sun-drenched plates. A relaxed, resort-style dining atmosphere encourages sharing dishes with family or friends.
Renovated Restaurant: "Gusuku"

A favorite since the hotel first opened, "Gusuku" is reborn as a venue for both breakfast and dinner, staying true to its core of "savoring the bounty of Okinawa through traditional cooking methods." Blue tones evoking the island's beautiful sea have been woven into the restaurant's décor and tableware. At dinner, Okinawan shabu-shabu using local produce takes center stage as the new signature offering.
Renovated Restaurant: Teppanyaki "Kise"

Teppanyaki restaurant "Kise" builds on its dedication to Okinawan ingredients, with a menu featuring premium local wagyu beef, fresh seafood from nearby fish markets, and vibrant produce from the island's fertile land. Every piece of tableware and glassware — down to the chopsticks and chopstick rests — has been specially commissioned from Ryukyuan craftsmen, with careful attention to detail at every step.
Renovated: Lobby Lounge & Bar

The lobby lounge, where the gentle breeze of Nago Bay flows through, retains its open feel while transforming into a space that shifts atmosphere from the freshness of morning through to sunset hours. The signature afternoon tea — long known for its generous use of locally sourced ingredients — also receives a refreshed presentation while keeping the character that guests have come to love.
