Miyako Resort Shima Bayside Terrace Introduces Little Bouquet Project to Extend the Life of Hotel Flowers

Miyako Resort Shima Bayside Terrace, located in Shima City, Mie Prefecture, has launched the "Today's Little Bouquet" project. The initiative gives a second life to flowers that have finished their decorative duty in the hotel by transforming them into palm-sized bouquets for guests to take home.

Hotel decorative flowers play an important yet subtle role in supporting the guest experience. However, many of these flowers are discarded while still in beautiful condition once their display period ends. The question arose: could these flowers that remain beautiful after completing their role be given a "second chapter"? This thought inspired the project.

The hotel aims to create gentle moments where guests glance at the bouquet after returning home, and memories of their trip quietly resurface.

Miyako Resort Shima Bayside Terrace, nestled in the calm seas and light of Ise-Shima, continues to propose experiences where moments "extend beyond" the stay itself.
