Felissimo's Museum-bu has collaborated with the Yumoto Koichi Memorial Japan Yokai Museum (Miyoshi Mononoke Museum) in Miyoshi City, Hiroshima Prefecture, to release a lineup of yokai-themed items. The collaboration features three products—a cap, incense, and a pet bottle handkerchief towel—all available from April 23, 2026. Each item is designed to bring the world of yokai a little closer to everyday life.
Mystic Cap Featuring the Night Parade of One Hundred Demons (Beige / Black)

This cap expresses the idea that yokai are always present, even when they cannot be seen. Available in two colors—Beige and Black—the exterior features tonal 3D embroidery of the characters "妖ぃ (ayakashii)" stitched in thread matching the fabric color.

The inside of the cap is printed with yokai from the "Hyakki Yako Emaki" (Night Parade of One Hundred Demons picture scroll) held in the Miyoshi Mononoke Museum's collection. Pattern placement may vary between individual items. An adjustable strap allows the cap to fit head circumferences of 56–59 cm.

Mononoke Field Guide Incense – Enjoy Yokai Tales Between the Moments

This incense collection pairs yokai-inspired fragrances with a "yokai encyclopedia" so you can learn about each creature while enjoying the scent. The sticks are a short size, each burning for approximately 10 minutes—well-suited for spare moments throughout the day, and reassuring for those who prefer not to leave incense burning for extended periods.

The packaging features illustrations of various yokai drawn by Edo-period yokai artist Toriyama Sekien. The six varieties are (top row, left to right): Tamamo-no-Mae, Oni, Nuppeppo; (bottom row, left to right): Yanari, Jorōgumo, Yamabiko.

Pet Bottle Towel – Encounter the Shadows of Mononoke

This pet bottle-sized towel lets you bring yokai along wherever you go. The designs are drawn from "Hyakushu Kwaidan Yokai Sugoroku," a board game illustrated during the Edo period. Three well-known yokai have been selected: Bunbuku Chagama (the kettle of Morinji Temple), Yuki-onna (the Snow Woman of Nakagochi), and Kasa-obake (the one-legged umbrella ghost of Sagiuchi).

The front of each towel shows a scene with the yokai present, while the reverse depicts the same scene with the yokai gone—conveying the message that yokai may be invisible yet are always nearby. (Top row, left to right: Morinji no Kama, Nakagochi no Yukijoro, Sagiuchi no Ippon-ashi – front side. Bottom row: the same three, reverse side.)

Yumoto Koichi Memorial Japan Yokai Museum (Miyoshi Mononoke Museum)

Japan's first museum dedicated to yokai, the Miyoshi Mononoke Museum displays a collection of approximately 5,500 yokai-related items donated by Yumoto Koichi, a folklorist and yokai researcher. The museum also features interactive installations through "teamLab Yokai Amusement Park," where visitors can explore and learn about yokai through immersive digital artwork. The museum opened on April 26, 2019, in Miyoshi Town, Miyoshi City, Hiroshima Prefecture—the historical setting of the Edo-period yokai story "Inō Mononoke Roku."
The collaboration goods are also planned to go on sale at the Miyoshi Mononoke Museum from April 25, 2026.
