Developed with the catchphrase "Delicious to eat, adorable to display", this premium kibidango package is limited to the Hinamatsuri (Doll Festival) season. The package features gentle, Hinamatsuri-themed colors, and inside, kibidango is packaged together with origami hina dolls.
Furthermore, by combining the package with the origami hina dolls, customers can enjoy it as a cute Hinamatsuri decoration even after finishing the sweets.
The kibidango is made using traditional methods passed down since the company's founding, featuring a smooth texture and refined sweetness in the classic plain flavor. This product allows families with children and adults alike to enjoy Hinamatsuri together.

COCHAE is a design unit working under the theme of "playful design," consisting of Yosuke Jikuhara, Miki Takeda, and Masaaki Nagatomo (joined 2025). Formed in 2003, they create graphic origami with the keyword "Make origami more pop!" They currently engage in a wide range of activities including developing new perspective toys and goods, product planning, exhibitions, and workshops. In recent years, they have worked on numerous package designs including Yamagata Eijudo's "Okayama Meibutsu Kibidango."
Their publications include the "Ori-CA" series (Seigensha, 2003~), "Yokai Origami" (Kodansha, 2008), and "Kawaii Origami Zaiku" (Seibundo Shinkosha, 2016). The origami puzzle "Funny Face Card" won the Good Design Award (2008). "Tonton Paper Sumo" (KOKUYO, 2012) was selected for Good Toy 2013. "YAMA COFFEE" (ONSAYA, 2015) and "Beni Daruma" (Sato Beni Shoten, 2017) received the TOP AWARDS ASIA, given to outstanding package designs in Asia.

National Confectionery Exposition Awards
Yamagata Eijudo's kibidango has won high-level awards at four consecutive National Confectionery Expositions since the 16th exposition held in 1965. As a result, at the 20th exposition, they received the "Mukansa-sho" (No Examination Award), recognizing that further evaluation was unnecessary.
