Nippon Zenkoku Bussanten 2026 (ニッポン全国物産展2026), a nationwide fair of regional specialties, will take place over three days from Friday, November 20 to Sunday, November 22, 2026, in Exhibition Halls A and B of Sunshine City in Ikebukuro, Tokyo. The event is organized by Zenkoku Shokokai Rengokai (全国商工会連合会).
More than 200 exhibitors from all 47 prefectures will gather this year. The lineup includes A5-grade Japanese Black beef sirloin steak from Hokkaido, steamed oysters, "Negi ni Koisuru Korokke" croquettes that are easy to enjoy on the go, Enshu Hamamatsu gyoza, the "Nomu Caramel Sweet Potato" (飲むキャラメルスイートポテト) drink, and Okinawa's "Uruku soba," with regional flavors from north to south. From meat dishes, seafood, regional noodles, and sweets to local products worth taking home as souvenirs, visitors can enjoy Japan's delicacies as if traveling across the country without leaving Ikebukuro.
The fair also offers more than food, including the annual "Sake Zuki Yokocho" sake corner, a "Drink Stand" of regional beverages, "Sweets Select" for popular sweets, and the "Reconstruction Marché Connecting to the Future" (未来へつなぐ復興マルシェ), which shares the appeal of disaster-affected areas through their food and products. Major cashless payment methods are accepted at the venue, except for QR code payments.
Regional Gourmet Highlights from North to South
Soul food rooted in regions across Japan and flavors long loved by locals will gather in Ikebukuro, and one of Japan's largest food courts will be set up again this year. Here is a selection of dishes to look out for among the many on offer.

- Hokkaido: A5-grade Japanese Black beef sirloin steak. A hearty dish that lets you fully enjoy the savory flavor of the meat.
- Ishikawa: steamed oysters. A seafood dish for November, when the cold deepens. The plump steamed oysters offer a taste of the region's bounty from the sea.
- Kyoto: "Negi ni Koisuru Korokke" (ねぎに恋するコロッケ). A croquette that makes it easy to enjoy local ingredients while walking around. At ¥350 each, it also suits those who want to try a little of many different dishes.
- Ibaraki: "Nomu Caramel Sweet Potato" (飲むキャラメルスイートポテト). A sweet that makes you "drink" a sweet potato, which is part of the fun. Alongside the classic dishes, these distinctive items are worth a try.
- Shizuoka: Enshu Hamamatsu gyoza. Gyoza from Hamamatsu, a city known for its gyoza, to share with family or friends.
- Okinawa: "Uruku soba" (うるくそば). A representative local dish of Okinawa that brings a tropical mood to Ikebukuro, a bowl that suits a fair gathering flavors from the north to the south of Japan.
Meat dishes, seafood, regional noodles, side dishes, sweets, and many other products with local character from across the country will also be available. Exhibited products and prices are subject to change.
Special Corners and a New Event This Year
- Sake Zuki Yokocho (酒ズキ横丁): An annual corner for enjoying sake and snacks from across Japan.
- Drink Stand: A corner gathering beverages with strong regional character.
- Sweets Select: A corner of snacks and sweets from around the country.
- Reconstruction Marché Connecting to the Future (未来へつなぐ復興マルシェ): A corner that conveys the appeal of disaster-affected areas through their food and products.
New this year, Sweets Select introduces "Hitokuchi Select" (ひとくちセレクト), which lets visitors taste exhibitors' proud products in small portions. It offers the fun of sampling sweets little by little to find a favorite.

Kids' Corner for Families
The fair also offers activities that families with children can enjoy. A "Kids' Corner" will be set up with content that parents and children can enjoy together, aiming to be a fair where families can spend a whole day, not only eating and shopping.
Three-Day-Only Talk Shows
During the fair, talk shows will be held with 飛龍つかさ, official ambassador of Nippon Zenkoku Bussanten 2026, joined by a different guest each day. A Miss SAKE talk show will also be held at 2:00 PM each day. A variety of guests will share the food culture of regions across Japan throughout the day.
