The Nishitetsu Group is hosting "Nishitetsu Kids Work Experience School 2026," a summer program that gives elementary school children a chance to try out a wide variety of real-world jobs at Nishitetsu Group facilities. The program runs from July 18 (Saturday) to September 27 (Sunday), 2026.
The program has been running since 2009 and receives an enthusiastic response each year — in the previous year, more than 4,000 pairs applied for just 171 spots. For 2026, the capacity has been expanded to 181 pairs (362 participants total), up by 10 pairs from last year.

Two New Classes at ONE FUKUOKA BLDG.
This year's lineup adds two new classes held at ONE FUKUOKA BLDG.:
ONE FUKUOKA HOTEL Patissier Experience Class
Participants get hands-on with professional-level sweet-making at ONE FUKUOKA HOTEL, learning techniques directly from the hotel's patissiers.
Tenjin Fukushokudo Class
This class offers a behind-the-scenes look at one of the Tenjin area's largest cafeterias. Participants experience customer service and learn what goes into creating a welcoming lunchtime atmosphere for guests.
Lineup of 53 Classes
Alongside the new additions, popular returning classes are back, including the Marine World Breeding Experience Class, Train Driver Experience Class, Patissier Experience Class (Nishitetsu Grand Hotel), and Bus Driver Experience Class — 53 classes in total.
All classes are free of charge.
