All 11 episodes of the TV anime No. 6 are now available to stream for free on YouTube for a limited time, ahead of the release of No. 6 Reunion #3 — the third volume in the new continuation series by Atsuko Asano, author of the popular novel Battery — going on sale May 28.

About No. 6
No. 6 is a near-future science fiction story that was also adapted into a manga series and a web radio program. Set in an idealized city known as "No. 6" — also called the Holy City — the story follows Shion, a boy raised as part of the city's elite. On the night of his 12th birthday, his fate changes when he shelters a boy named Nezumi who has broken into his room.
At 16, Shion finds himself surrounded by strange and troubling events: a mysterious parasitic wasp that rapidly ages its host, a correctional facility from which no one is said to return alive, and the gradual revelation of the Holy City's true nature. The story of two boys bound by something too fierce for friendship and too bittersweet for fate has sold over 2.3 million copies.
The first volume of the new continuation series, No. 6 Reunion #1, immediately topped trending topics on X and reached #1 on Amazon upon release. The newest entry, No. 6 Reunion #3, goes on sale May 28, 2026.
