NOHGA HOTEL UENO TOKYO (Higashi-Ueno, Taito-ku) will open a three-day pop-up store from Dandelion Chocolate, the popular bean-to-bar chocolate shop based in Kuramae, Taito-ku, from June 19 (Friday) to June 21 (Sunday), 2026.
The hotel operates under the theme "CRAFT Your Senses — Touch the Skills and Heart of Artisans, Open Your Senses," fostering collaborations with traditional craft workshops and local shops in the surrounding area. As part of these ongoing community-rooted initiatives, the hotel is welcoming Dandelion Chocolate — a San Francisco-born brand that opened its Japan flagship in Kuramae in 2016 — for a limited-time in-house retail event. Dandelion Chocolate's products are already featured in the hotel's restaurant, Bistro NOHGA, where they are incorporated into dessert and afternoon tea menus.

About Dandelion Chocolate
Founded in San Francisco in 2010, Dandelion Chocolate handles every step of the chocolate-making process in-house — from sourcing single-origin cacao beans and sorting, roasting, and grinding them, through to tempering, molding, and packaging. No unnecessary additives are used, and each piece is crafted by hand at the factory.
The result is an exceptionally smooth texture and a richly layered flavor drawn directly from the cacao itself.
