A projection mapping show produced by HITOHATA, INC. will be held at Osaka City Central Public Hall in Kita Ward, Osaka, from December 11 (Fri) to December 25 (Fri), 2026. The event is organized by the 大阪・光の饗宴 Executive Committee (member organizations: Osaka Prefecture, Osaka City, the Osaka Convention & Tourism Bureau, economic organizations, etc.).
The show is the core content of OSAKA光のルネサンス 2026 (OSAKA Hikari no Renaissance 2026). Under the theme 「大阪、光の祝夜祭」, projection mapping imagery will be cast onto the wall of Osaka City Central Public Hall, a Neo-Renaissance-style building designated as an Important Cultural Property. The visuals include a fantastical world of sparkling windows of light and falling snow and stars, as well as Santa Claus racing across the night sky.
Admission is free, and no advance registration is required.
OSAKA光のルネサンス is a light program held on Nakanoshima, a symbol of Osaka, the City of Water. It is one of the largest light events in Osaka, and the previous year's edition drew about 4.35 million visitors.
