café&books bibliothèque, with locations in Tokyo, Osaka, Fukuoka, and Kumamoto, and its sister pancake specialty shop PANCAKE & books bibliothèque are holding the "bibliothèque Christmas Fair" (ビブリオテークのクリスマスフェア) from Thursday, November 5 to Friday, December 25, 2026. The fair is themed around a "whole" (まるごと) Christmas, with the tagline "A Christmas Story That Begins with a Single Plate" (ひと皿からはじまる、クリスマスの物語).
The star of this year's fair is a pancake topped with a whole pear. In November it comes with caramelized brûlée and fresh caramel sauce, and in December with rich chocolate mousse and a snow-like milky sauce, so there are two flavors that change by month.
The fair also includes a strawberry pancake styled after a whole cake, a Christmas tree dessert made with pistachio and a Christmas tree dessert made with Japanese chestnut, plus Christmas-limited cakes and a Christmas tea.

A pancake specialty shop where guests can find a pancake to their taste. It opened in 2020 as a sister shop of café&books bibliothèque, which has locations in Tokyo, Osaka, Fukuoka, and Kumamoto. It serves freshly made, moist and chewy pancakes using premium milk from Hamanaka Town, Hokkaido, and "Sakura Tamago" (さくらたまご), a 100% domestic egg from Kitasaka Poultry Farm (北坂養鶏場) on Awaji Island.
