ラグナロク：アドベンチャーズ (commonly known as ラグアド), an auto-battle RPG based on the MMORPG series Ragnarok Online (commonly known as RO) that is loved by users around the world, is coming to Japan. The game has already been available overseas, where it has been enjoyed by many players.
The Ragnarok series has traditionally been offered in Japan as landscape-oriented, in-depth MMORPGs centered on real-time communication with other players. ラグナロク：アドベンチャーズ takes a different approach, catering to modern lifestyles and the diverse needs of today's gamers. Its biggest features are a portrait-mode screen that can be enjoyed one-handed at any time, and a casual idle system in which characters keep growing even while the game isn't running.
As a result, the game serves as a new entry point into the RO series, appealing not only to longtime RO fans but also to casual players who want to enjoy a game during short pockets of free time.
While easy to pick up and play casually, the game keeps the depth that makes the RO series so appealing — colorful characters, a wide variety of classes and skills, and flexible character building through stat allocation.

An Auto-Battle RPG You Can Play One-Handed
Unlike previous entries in the RO series, ラグナロク：アドベンチャーズ uses a portrait-mode screen, letting players enjoy it one-handed during short moments such as commutes or breaks. The auto-battle feature also makes it easy to progress through the adventure at any time.
Automatic Item Collection
Characters keep collecting items even while the player isn't playing. Every time players log in, they can use the items that have been gathered to power up.

A wide variety of classes and a job-change system let characters keep growing stronger. Players can make use of each class's skills and traits to find their own unique playstyle.
Adventuring with a Cast of Unique Companions
Five NPC companions, each from a different class, help players on their adventure. Players can combine their companions' roles and skills to build a team, growing together as they progress through the story.

The game offers dungeons where powerful bosses await, along with a full lineup of arena and guild content. Players can enjoy it solo or team up with friends for some lively multiplayer fun.
