Romance of the Three Kingdoms: Gokusaï, a smartphone game developed and operated by Supernova Overseas Limited that features gender-swapped versions of Three Kingdoms generals, is approaching its one-month anniversary since official launch. To mark the occasion, the game is holding the "Full Moon Anniversary Festival," a limited-time event packed with special rewards and returning content.
Full Moon Anniversary Festival: Eight Special Days with the Battle Maidens
The Full Moon Anniversary Festival runs from Saturday, May 16 at 12:00 AM through Saturday, May 23 at 11:59 PM, 2026.
During the eight-day event period, the main castle is transformed into a full-moon festival setting, complete with swaying lanterns, fireworks lighting up the night sky, and battle maidens dressed in special costumes. Login rewards, free 1,000-summon pulls, and the return of limited skins are among the highlights planned for the festival.
Login Rewards Include Up to 1,000 Free Summons
During the Full Moon Anniversary Festival, players who log in each day can earn up to 1,000 summon draws' worth of rewards in total. Consecutive logins also unlock the "Festival Lucky Bag" and "Fenghua Records."
The Festival Lucky Bag contains cultivation materials and other valuable items, while Fenghua Records can be used in faction gacha pulls. Additional limited-time gifts and rewards are also available throughout the event period.
Gender-Swapped Skins for Lu Bu and Zhao Yun Make a Return
The popular gender-swapped skins for Lu Bu and Zhao Yun are returning for a limited time to coincide with the Full Moon Anniversary Festival.
Detailed background settings for each skin have also been revealed:
Lu Bu — A secret, unspoken bond between a proud and noble general and the graceful dancer Diaochan. A forbidden lily that blooms beyond the confines of gender. The alluring and bittersweet romance is fully depicted through Live2D illustrations.
Zhao Yun — A deep bond of trust and loyalty between a white-horse beast-eared companion and a dignified general — and the forbidden feelings that cannot be put into words. The tender, affectionate moments shared between the two are elegantly portrayed through Live2D illustrations.
Each skin's costume design, gaze, gestures, and subtle animations are crafted to bring out the full charm of the respective characters. The skins can be found in the in-game shop during the event period.
Limited-Time Minigame "Festival Paradise" and Point Exchange
The Full Moon Anniversary Festival also introduces the limited-time minigame "Festival Paradise" and the "Grand Festival Collaboration" event.
In "Festival Paradise," players take on various missions to earn the item "Festival Balloon." These balloons can then be exchanged for festival points through the Grand Festival Collaboration event, which in turn can be spent at the Festival Shop on high-value items including "Gold All-Purpose Military Soul," "Agate Tiger Talisman," and "Three-Faction General Selection Card."
