About ROSE GIN HARUKI
ROSE GIN HARUKI is a craft gin in which the floral character of Damask rose takes center stage. The distiller sourced rose petals from Shirahama in Wakayama Prefecture and combined them with 14 botanicals — including lavender, jasmine, and bergamot peel — chosen to complement and enhance the rose aroma. During distillation, care is taken to preserve the delicate fragrance of the petals, ensuring that the rose character remains the defining note of the finished spirit.
Flavor Profile
The gin features Damask rose as the primary ingredient, supported by flower-derived botanicals such as jasmine, lavender, and chamomile, alongside bergamot and vanilla beans. The result is a layered fragrance where the rose foundation is accompanied by bright citrus notes and a lingering sweetness from the vanilla. When served with soda, the aromas open up further, highlighting the clarity achieved through the distillery's careful approach.

About the Distillery
Kusunohana Distillery (Still Dam Saga Kusunohana Distillery) is based in Morodomi, Saga City, and received its spirits manufacturing license in 2020. The distillery imports stills from the Netherlands — the birthplace of gin — and produces original craft gins using local Saga ingredients.
